Returns
We offer a 60-day return window to try your Nurture& furniture risk-free. Items must be in like-new condition and returned via our Return Portal—returns outside the portal are not eligible for refunds, and we do not accept exchanges.

Dresser returns are not accepted due to size and weight. Instead, you can donate your dresser to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit after submitting a return request. A donation receipt must be uploaded within two weeks of approval for a refund.

Final sale items, modified items, or missing essential parts are ineligible. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Warranty
Our products come with a 1-year warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects like structural issues, broken parts, or faulty mechanisms. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or modifications.
