Naturepedic’s Breathable Organic Crib Mattress is the only mattress of its kind that is breathable, waterproof and certified organic. Increased airflow doesn’t come at the cost of cleanliness in this crib mattress design thanks to innovative waterproofing made of non-GMO sugarcane and a removable, washable and dryable cover. The dual-stage design offers a firm side for infants and a medium firm side for toddlers, so your child can grow with it, not out of it. Plus, its lightweight core allows for quick, easy sheet changes without compromising on support for your baby’s developing body.

Made with organic cotton fabric and fill, PLA derived from non-GMO sugarcane (toddler side only), a WaveSupport™ food-grade polyethylene core and food-grade PE waterproofing derived from non-GMO sugarcane. Cover made with organic cotton fabric, GOTS-approved TPU waterproofing, a 3-dimensional polyester lattice and latex-free elastic.

Returns
We offer a 60-day return window to try your Nurture& furniture risk-free. Items must be in like-new condition and returned via our Return Portal. Returns outside the portal are not eligible for refunds, and we do not accept exchanges.

Clearance and Open Box items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Dresser returns are not accepted due to size and weight. Instead, you can donate your dresser to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit after submitting a return request. A donation receipt must be uploaded within two weeks of approval for a refund.

Modified items, items missing essential parts, and other final sale items are ineligible for return. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Warranty
Our products come with a 1-year warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects like structural issues, broken parts, or faulty mechanisms. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or modifications.
