Our unique blend wicks moisture so liquids wipe away with a paper towel, or a clean, dry, absorbent cloth.
For further treatment:
Use a water based soap mixture that combines 1 tablespoon of a liquid detergent such as Tide with 16 ounces of lukewarm water.
Dampen a cleaning cloth in the mixture and gently blot the soiled area. Avoid rubbing the affected area aggressively.
Rinse the area with a clean, damp cloth to ensure that all the soap and residue has been removed.
** For dried non-liquid spills (chocolate, ice cream, crayola, etc), you may need to use a soft brush or butter knife to scrape off the affected area before applying the wet treatment.

Final sale items, modified items, or missing essential parts are ineligible. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
Our products come with a 1-year warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects like structural issues, broken parts, or faulty mechanisms. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or modifications.
