How to measure & prep for delivery

Before The Porto arrives, take a moment to ensure it fits comfortably in your home.

Measure your entryway and doorframes — they should be at least 33" wide to allow the box to pass through smoothly.
Check stairways and hallways for tight turns or railings that may need extra clearance.
Clear the pathway from your front door to the nursery to make delivery simple and safe.

The Porto Glider blends a soft, modern silhouette with supportive comfort. With a smaller footprint that fits naturally in nurseries and shared spaces, it offers smooth power recline and a gentle glide for calm, relaxed moments at home. Stain-resistant, non-toxic fabric and a built-in charging port bring ease to everyday living.

Easy to clean! Our unique blend wicks moisture so liquids wipe away with a paper towel, or a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. For further treatment: Use a water based soap mixture that combines 1 tablespoon of a liquid detergent such as Tide with 16 ounces of lukewarm water. Dampen a cleaning cloth in the mixture and gently blot the soiled area. Avoid rubbing the affected area aggressively. Rinse the area with a clean, damp cloth to ensure that all the soap and residue has been removed. ** For dried non-liquid spills (chocolate, ice cream, crayola, etc), you may need to use a soft brush or butter knife to scrape off the affected area before applying the wet treatment.

Room of Choice: Estimated 1 to 3 weeks to local hub, then scheduled delivery.
White Glove: Estimated 1 to 3 weeks to local hub, then scheduled delivery with assembly.

Returns
We offer a 60-day return window to try your Nurture& furniture risk-free. Items must be in like-new condition and returned via our Return Portal. Returns outside the portal are not eligible for refunds, and we do not accept exchanges.

Clearance and Open Box items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Dresser returns are not accepted due to size and weight. Instead, you can donate your dresser to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit after submitting a return request. A donation receipt must be uploaded within two weeks of approval for a refund.

Modified items, items missing essential parts, and other final sale items are ineligible for return. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Warranty
Our products come with a 1-year warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects like structural issues, broken parts, or faulty mechanisms. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or modifications.
